SaZ s.r.o. is a specialist in the field of design, production and repairs of Special Road and Railway Machinery, Road-Rail vehicles with superstructures, insulated and non-insulated scissor and telescopic aerial platforms, Flash Butt Welding machines, Railway Track Layers and other machinery for maintenance of railway and tramway tracks and overhead lines. TRACK LAYER PKP 25/20.1i is a very unique machine suitable for track laying jobs. The main utility of the machine is in its flexibility to lay short distances of track, e.g. 25 km or 100 km. Its special bridge crane is designed for laying or removing of even 25m tracks or even shorter tracks on wooden or concrete sleepers. It is also suitable for bridge track laying jobs, for laying of IP girders. Its strong and renowned TATRA truck is also very useful for Towing jobs, converted for ride on rails, suitable for ‘braked or unbraked’ loads.
It can work on straight tracks as well as well as for railway bends. It is also equipped with a rotating beam which enables work of PKP layer even in small railway bends (even 150m) with length track of 25m. This special innovation considerably improves work hygiene, safety, noise levels etc. Electro- proportional controlling enables better response of trolley movement. In short it is a unique machine which mechanizes small and medium track laying work and speeds up these works to ensure more reliability.
